SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are processed via UPS or USPS.  Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your package.  You can  track the progress of your shipment by visiting: www.ups.com or www.usps.com.  

 

**Please note that we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address 
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your bracelet.
 we offer a ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets and neckwear purchased at www.uomo3.com. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to return them. Please note that the item must be in its original package with tags and must not show any signs of usage for a refund to be processed.  Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a refund less a $10 restocking fee per item. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Since we sell custom-made products, we are not obliged by law to issue a refund. However, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty which is why we offer the ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!

Returns
We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to sales@uomo3.com regarding your refund, stating your order number.
